Club Champs 2025

Entry to the 2025 Club Championships is now OPEN!

Entry to each competition is £5.00 and can only be purchased online by clicking here. Players are welcome to enter all 3 competitions should they wish. The deadline to enter is at midnight on May 31st.

The finals will take place on Sunday September 7th with the following play by dates:
Round of 32 - 06/07/25
Last 16 - 26/07/25
Quarter finals - 17/08/25
Semi finals - 03/09/25

Players who lose their first match will automatically be entered into a consolation draw. Please only enter the competition if you know you’re around and available to play.

THE RULES:

All participants must be a paid up tennis member for the duration of the competition.
All matches are to be best of 3 tie-break sets.
Matches are to be organised amongst yourselves. Please give your opponents as much notice as possible to avoid any scheduling conflicts.
Matches are to be played on the grass and with new balls unless all players agree otherwise. Club Champs match balls can be purchased in at reception on the day for half price (£5.00 per tube instead of £10.00).
The winning player / pair is responsible for informing reception of the match result.

We’re very grateful to Sam Marston who will be the tournament referee. Many of you will already know Sam as she is a familiar face at CourtX. As well as a qualified LTA referee, Sam runs Active Academy with Chris who operate a number of tournaments at CourtX and elsewhere.

We encourage as many of you to enter as possible. This is a great opportunity for members to compete in a friendly and fun environment. As always our code of conduct must be respected at all times.
